What we collect, why we collect it, and what we do not do with it.

Last updated 17 September 2026

The short version.

We collect the details you give us so we can work out your figures and talk to you about your property, or so we can take a booking. We do not sell your data, we do not add you to a list you did not ask for, and we do not share it with anyone who is not doing a job for us.

Who we are

Torr Property Group Ltd, company number 14437553, registered in England and Wales at 22 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU. We are the data controller for the information described here. Contact us at contact@torrpropertygroupltd.co.uk.

What we collect

If you fill in a form on this site, we collect your name, phone number, email address where you give one, the postcode and details of the property, and any figures you choose to share. We also record which page you submitted from and how you arrived at the site, including any advertising parameters in the link you clicked, because that tells us which of our advertising actually works.

If you book a stay, the booking is taken on our booking platform and is covered by that platform's own privacy terms as well as this one.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this website. The attribution described above is held in your browser for the length of your visit and is sent only if you choose to submit a form.

Why we hold it, and on what basis

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, work out what your property could earn, and speak to you about managing it. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to someone who has asked us to, and where a contract follows, performing that contract. For marketing email we rely on consent and you can withdraw it at any time.

Who else sees it

Our customer relationship system, our email and our website hosting are provided by third parties who process data on our instructions and cannot use it for their own purposes. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become customers are kept for up to two years, because landlords often come back. Customer records are kept for seven years after the relationship ends, which is what our tax obligations require.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to us using it, or ask us to send it elsewhere. Email contact@torrpropertygroupltd.co.uk and we will deal with it within one month.

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

What could yours earn?

Tell us about the property.

Send us the basics and our team will call you shortly to go through your figures: what comparable properties in your postcode are achieving, what yours would realistically earn across a year, what it costs to run and what would land in your account each month.

No charge, no obligation, and a straight answer if the numbers do not work.

Putting a property with us, or anything about management.

We use these details to work out your figures and to call you about them. Nothing else, and no list.
