How do I receive my rental income?
Rental income is collected by us from guest stays, minus our agreed management fee and any agreed costs (e.g., cleaning).
You will receive your payout monthly along with a full transparent financial breakdown.
How do you handle maintenance and repairs?
We proactively monitor and maintain properties to a high standard.
If any maintenance issue arises, we arrange swift, cost-effective repairs using trusted contractors, always keeping you informed.
Can I still use my property personally?
Yes! Depending on the agreement, landlords can reserve dates for personal use if desired.
