The short answer
Business and corporate accommodation in Liverpool.
We let whole apartments in Liverpool to people working in the city: consultants on a client site, project teams, people covering a role for a few months, and anyone whose company would otherwise be paying hotel rates four nights a week. You get the whole property rather than a room, with somewhere to work, a kitchen, a washing machine and self check-in at whatever hour the last train gets in. We invoice the company properly, with a purchase order reference if you need one. Liverpool is the largest of the cities we run properties in, and the centre is compact enough that a central base reaches the commercial district, the waterfront and the Knowledge Quarter on foot.
Called a few different things
Different companies call this different things. Corporate accommodation Liverpool, business accommodation Liverpool, corporate housing Liverpool, corporate let Liverpool, short term serviced apartments Liverpool, corporate short term lets, serviced apartments, commercial accommodation, corporate rental, or simply a better business hotel Liverpool alternative. It is all the same request: somewhere better than a hotel room for somebody who is here to work.
What finance actually asks
A hotel for four nights a week, for three months, is a line item somebody will question.
That is usually what starts this conversation. Hotel rates on a Monday to Thursday pattern, multiplied across a project, become visible in a way that a serviced apartment does not, and the hotel gives you a room, a kettle and a breakfast you are too early for. An apartment costs less across the same period and is a better place to spend three months. It suits you if:
Where you would be
Where the work actually is in Liverpool.
Old Hall Street and the commercial district
Liverpool's professional and financial work clusters on Old Hall Street, around St Paul's Square, and down through Castle Street and Dale Street to the Town Hall. The Pier Head and Mann Island sit at the bottom of it. The whole district is about fifteen minutes end to end on foot, so if your client site is here a central apartment means you stop thinking about the commute entirely.
The Baltic Triangle and creative work
The Baltic Triangle holds most of the city's digital, creative and agency work, in converted warehouses south of Liverpool ONE. It is a fifteen minute walk from the centre, pleasant in daylight and considerably less so in February rain, and it has no station of its own. People working there tend to walk in and take a taxi back, which is worth knowing before you choose somewhere on the far side of town.
Paddington Village and the Knowledge Quarter
Up the hill behind Lime Street, the Knowledge Quarter and Paddington Village hold the universities, the teaching hospitals and a growing amount of life sciences and health technology work. It is a short walk from the centre but a properly steep one. Anyone with a week of meetings up there underestimates the climb the first morning and then stops trying to do it in a hurry.
Lime Street, the airport and leaving
Lime Street runs direct to London Euston in a little over two hours and to Manchester in under an hour, which makes going out and back in a day realistic. Liverpool John Lennon Airport is south at Speke with no rail link, so it is the bus or a taxi, and the route map is mostly short haul. Anything long haul usually means going over to Manchester instead.
Where client dinners actually happen
Castle Street and the lanes behind the Town Hall carry most of the business dinners, Hope Street has the higher end of it, and the Albert Dock is where people take visitors who have never been to the city. Bold Street is the lunch answer and is almost entirely independent. A table on a Thursday or Friday needs organising in advance. A Monday does not.
The waterfront looks closer than it is
People default to the Pier Head and the dock because that is the part of Liverpool they have seen in photographs, and then walk uphill to every meeting for a week. The commercial work sits a few streets inland and the universities and hospitals are higher still. Somewhere between the two is dull on a postcard and considerably better on a wet Tuesday morning.
Midweek and weekend are different cities
Monday to Thursday the centre empties after office hours and is quiet by nine. From Friday afternoon it fills up, and on an event night the arena and the dock put several thousand people and their cars through the same few streets. A project that runs Monday to Thursday only ever shows you the quiet version, which is usually a relief and occasionally a surprise.
A spare evening on your own
The Philharmonic has a full programme through the week, the two cathedrals stand at either end of Hope Street about ten minutes apart, and the Georgian streets behind them are worth an hour on foot. The centre is small enough to walk at night without thinking about it. None of that requires company, which is the useful part when a project leaves you here alone for a fortnight.
Booking direct
The same property, without the platform's cut.
Our properties are on Airbnb and Booking.com as well, and you are welcome to book there. Booking direct also avoids the guest service fee the big platforms add on top, which on a longer Liverpool stay is not a small number. Booking with us direct also means you are talking to the people who actually run the property rather than a message thread inside an app, which matters when you need an early check-in or an extra week.
For a project running more than a few weeks, message us rather than booking online. We can quote a weekly or monthly rate, invoice the company monthly in arrears, and hold the property across the whole project rather than you rebooking every week.

Liverpool questions
What people ask about staying in Liverpool.
Where in Liverpool would I actually be?
Liverpool's professional work sits in a tight block around Old Hall Street, Castle Street and the Pier Head, with the creative and tech side in the Baltic Triangle ten minutes south. A central apartment covers both on foot.
Can I park in Liverpool?
Parking in the centre is paid and mostly multi-storey, and the residential streets around the Georgian Quarter are permit zones. If you are driving daily, ask about the specific property before you book rather than assuming, because it varies street by street here more than it does in a purpose built block.
Which part of Liverpool should I be in?
Most of what you would need day to day sits in the city centre, the Baltic Triangle, the Georgian Quarter and the waterfront. Tell us where you need to be each morning rather than which postcode you fancy, and we will be honest about what is close to it and what only looks close on a map.
How easy is it to get around Liverpool without a car?
Lime Street puts Manchester at thirty five minutes and London at just over two hours, and the airport is twenty minutes by car.
What is there to do in Liverpool on a day off?
The waterfront, the two cathedrals, the Baltic Triangle and the Georgian Quarter are all walkable from a central base, and the Wirral, Crosby beach and Formby are half an hour out. Liverpool is an easy city to have a day off in, which matters more on a long stay than people expect.
Questions we get asked
What companies ask us before booking.
Can you invoice the company rather than me?
Yes, that is the normal arrangement. We invoice the company directly with the dates, the address and any purchase order reference, and VAT is shown properly. Give us the billing details when you book and it will be right first time rather than something you chase from a hotel lobby.
Do you do weekly or monthly corporate rates?
Yes. The rate drops as the stay gets longer and drops again beyond a month. For a Monday to Thursday pattern over a long project, talk to us rather than booking nights online, because there is usually a better way to structure it.
Can I actually work from the apartment?
Yes, and that is deliberate. There is desk space and proper wifi rather than a chair by a window and a connection that struggles with a video call. If you need to know the actual speed at a specific property before you commit, ask and we will tell you.
What if I arrive on the last train?
Fine. Check-in is self service with a code, so there is no reception to reach and nobody to wake up. Same for a five in the morning departure.
