Why direct
The same property, without the platform's cut.
Our properties are on Airbnb and Booking.com too, and you are welcome to book there. Booking direct avoids the guest service fee those platforms add on top, which on a longer stay is not a small number. It also means you are speaking to the people who actually run the property rather than a message thread inside an app, which matters when you need an early check-in, a late checkout or an extra week.

Staying weeks rather than nights?
Message us rather than booking the exact nights online. The rate drops as the stay gets longer, and for contractors, NHS placements, relocations and insurance stays we can usually do something the booking calendar cannot, including holding flexibility when the end date is not fixed yet.
